Caia Park Community Council is committed to Customer Care. As part of our effort to provide efficient and effective services we need to know when you have a complaint.

We would also like to hear from you if you have any suggestions on how to improve our services or if you require any information on how we can help.

What to do if you are unhappy with a council service

The first stage is to contact the Clerk of the Council (for details see contacts page). This can be by either speaking or writing and telling us about the problem.
